Currently, Hamden Smoke Shop only supports in-store pickup. Customers who place an order online must present their order confirmation email and ID at our location at 1529 Dixwell Ave, Hamden CT to pick up merchandise. Customers have 30 days to pick up merchandise, after which the merchandise will be returned to stock. Customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee and refunded the difference of the cost of their merchandise.

Customers have 24 hours from the date of their purchase to return an item for a full refund. After 24 hours and up to 4 days after the purchase, customers will receive store credit equivalent to the item amount. Returns will not be accepted after 4 days from date of purchase.
